Russian Colony of Guadalupe, Molokan Contract with Kachirisky

A few months after this contract with Kachirisky was issued, we held a funeral for my wife's aunt in Guadalupe. We were very impressed with how quickly the church and cemetery were cleaned and improved.

Nosotros, miembros y dueños del iglesia MOLOKAN RUSA, situada en este poblado de Guadalupe los cuales firmamos al final de este documento, certificamos lo siguiente:	We, are the members and owmners of the RUSSIAN MOLOKAN church, located in the town of Guadalupe, who signed at the end of this document, certify the following condition:
Que concedemos el DERECHO DE USO SOLAMENTE de dicha propiedad al señor Gabriel A. Kachirisky para el uso de práctica de Biblia Religiosa SOLAMENTE.	That we grant the RIGHT OF SOLE USE of the above mentioned property to Mr. Gabriel A. Kachirisky to be used ONLY for the practice of Biblical Religion.
La propiedad consiste de: Iglesia con su cocina respectiva, Estufa, Horno, dos calentones de gas natural para calentar agua, platos o vajilla de mesa como para cien personas, mesas y bancas de madera así como otros utensilios.	The property consists of a Church with its respective kitchen, a stove, an oven, two natural gas samovars to warm water, table plates or china for a 100 people, tables and wooden benches as well as other utensils.
Con el acuerdo que como inquilino el señor Kachirisky se hará cargo obligatorio y por su cuenta de el [del] mantenimiento de esta propiedad como lo es: El techo, ventana, pintura y limpieza por dentro y por fuera, servicio de electricidad, gas natural, conecciones [conexiones] de aqua y plomería.	With this agreement that as a tenant Mr. Kachirisky will take obligatorily charge and account for the maintenance of this property "as is" — the roof, windows, painting and cleaning the inside and outside, the electric and natural gas sevices, and the water and plumbing connections.
En adición el inquilino señor Kachirisky se hará cargo del CEMENTERIO MOLOKAN RUSO: No permitir sepulcros de personas sin ser miembros de dicha congregación. Dar mantenimiento al cerco y remover el zacate mas todo limpieza en general.	In addition the tenant Mr. Kachirisky will take charge of the RUSSIAN MOLOKAN CEMETERY — not to allow peoples tombs without being members of the above mentioned congregation; and maintain the fence, remove the grass/weeds, and do all the usual cleaning.
A falta del cumplimiento de este acuerdo por parte del señor Kachirisky, este documento será cancelado: El señor Kachirisky estará en común acuerdo que cuando algún familia o descendiente de los miembros de esta congregación llegue a fallecer se usara la Iglesia para VELORIO y SERVICIO FUNERAL sin negarse al ello.	If Mr. Kachirisky's part of this agreement is not fulfilled, this contract will be cancelled. Mr. Kachirisky agrees that when some family or descendant of the members of this congregation dies, they cannot be denied the use of the Church for a WAKE or FUNERAL SERVICE.
